Mahadurga Pipe Distributors is one of India's leading distributors for Ashirvad Pipes, with a dealer network of 1,000+. We deal exclusively in Ashirvad products — CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes and Fittings — and are growing rapidly.

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who can handle both day-to-day accounting and data-driven reporting. This role requires someone comfortable with both transaction processing and building dashboards. You will work closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.

• Handle daily accounting entries, vouchers, and ledger management in Tally/ERP
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables
• Create dashboards and charts to communicate financial performance clearly
• Customise Tally/ERP reports as per business requirements
• Assist in monthly reconciliations, GST filing support, and audits
• Take ownership of accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial data and reports
• Work with large datasets and ensure fast, error-free reporting under tight timelines

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounts or Finance
• Hands-on experience using both Tally/ERP and Excel together in a real work environment — this is required, not optional
• Strong Excel skills: XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and similar
• Ability to create clean, informative dashboards and visual reports
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a distribution or trading company
• Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi
