Mahadurga Pipe Distributors is one of India's leading distributors for Ashirvad Pipes, with a dealer network of 1,000+. We deal exclusively in Ashirvad products โ€” CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes and Fittings โ€” and are growing rapidly.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of our sales team. You will track, plan, and optimise sales activities โ€” giving leadership a clear, daily picture of what's happening on the ground and what actions need to be taken. You will work closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.

  • Drive accountability across the sales team by highlighting gaps and ensuring follow-through on planned activities
  • Monitor and track daily activities of the sales team โ€” dealer visits, coverage, and productivity
  • Plan and assign weekly beat routes and visit schedules for each salesperson
  • Identify under-visited areas and dealer acquisition opportunities
  • Generate a daily summary report for management โ€” clear, concise, and actionable
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Occasionally visit dealers or accompany the team in the field to validate data and ground realities
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or distribution management
  • Comfortable using Excel for day-to-day tracking and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills โ€” you will report to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple salesperson workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable with occasional field visits in and around Bengaluru
  • Familiarity with the distribution industry (pipes, building materials, FMCG) is a plus
  • Comfortable communicating in Kannada, Hindi, and English

Good to have: Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking apps, or route planning tools is a strong advantage.
